SIX LESSONS OF LIFE

Pritesh Kalantri
Lesson 1: Naked Wife
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in atowel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, “I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.” After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob.

After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks,…

“Who was that?” “It was Bob the next door neighbor,” she replies. “Great!” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?”

Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” “Me first! Me first!” says the administration clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Poof! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” Poof! He’s gone. “OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.”

Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 3:
A priest offered a lift to a Nun. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said,”Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest removed his hand. But,changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.” Arriving at the convent, the nun went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.”

Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 4:
A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.

...A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.

Lesson 5: Power of Charisma
A turkey was chatting with a bull “I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,” sighed the turkey, but I haven’t got the energy.” “Well, why don’t you nibble on my droppings?” replied the bull. “They’re packed with nutrients.” The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.

Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.

Lesson 6:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under thepile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Moral of the story:
1. Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy
2. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend
3. And when you’re in deep shit, it’s best to keep your mouth shut !

Boost your Immunity

Ayurvedic analysis of immunity

lady with low immunityAyurveda relates the body’s immunity to Ojas— that is the essence of the seven tissues that make up the body. The ancient Indian therapeutic science strongly counsels that we take care of the Ojas or the vital energy for good health and wellbeing.
The seven tissues or dhatus are believed to make up the human body. These are Rasa [juice], Rakta [blood], Mansa [muscle], Medha [body fat], Asthi [bones], Majja [bone marrow] and Shukra [semen]. Ojas, the prime source of natural immunity, is the core extract of these seven body tissues and is highly vital to life and existence.

Herbs that augment immunity

Herbs such as amla, mulethi, ashwagandha, ginger, basil, harad, turmeric, brahmi and large cardamom are beneficial for your immune system. Also, unctuous foods like honey, cow’s milk and desi ghee work as natural rejuvenators. Let’s see in detail what each of these herbs can do.

Amla

AmlaAmla, known as Indian gooseberry, is the richest and best source of vitamin C. It also contains calcium, iron, phosphorus, albumin, cellulose, fibre, carbohydrate, sugar and water.
According to ayurveda, the fruit of amla helps reduce all the three body humours—vatta, pitta and kapha,  or the air, fire and phlegm; which, when aggravated above their normal limits, cause a disease. The special properties of rejuvenation and revitalising of the entire body systems makes amla highly beneficial for increasing the body’s resistance power.
Eating amla in raw form may not be easy  for all, but you need not fret. You could feast on amla murabba, chutneys or jams. The powder of dried amla [which is readily available] can also be taken mixed with honey, twice a day.
You can even extract fresh juice from the amla fruit and add it to salads or mix with other juices to balance the sourness.
Chyawanprash, which contains amla along with other herbs, is a well-known formulation that can be taken for long periods as a tonic to do away mental and physical fatigue.

Turmeric

turmericTurmeric is used widely in India both for cooking and for medicinal purposes. It is believed to destroy all the three basic humours of the body. Therefore, turmeric is recommended in a large variety of ailments and also as a potent immunity-boosting herb. Tturmeric can be used to relieve ailments such common cold, dry itchy skin, joint pains and swelling during winter. The best part is that it can easily be included in your daily diet to equip your body to fight maladies.
About 1 – 3g powder of raw turmeric is recommended and can be supplemented with warm water or milk. The powder can also be mixed with oil and massaged on the skin. Haridra Khanda is an effective Ayurveda formulation of turmeric.

Ginger

gingerAccording to Ayurvedic texts, as ginger is hot in action, it helps in decreasing the aggravated vatta and kapha doshas. Ginger helps fight infections, and boost immunity levels.
Ginger can be used for hot fomentation in arthritis, gout, oedema and other forms of joint and muscle pain. A powder of dry ginger mixed with sesame oil and massaged on the joint provides good relief.
Ginger helps find relief in almost all types of respiratory disorders like cough, cold, pneumonia, asthma and bronchitis. Moreover, it can be consumed in any form—fresh, dried, powdered or juiced.

Tulsi

tulsiTulsi or holy basil contains specific anti-asthmatic and anti-infective properties. Ayurveda recommends holy basil to empower respiratory resistance. To find relief, consume fresh tulsi juice made by pounding leaves of the herb, twice a day. Add a few drops of ginger and some honey to this to increase its efficiency to build resistance.

Mulethi

Roots of the herb of Liquorice or yashtimadhu are an excellent home remedy for relieving a number of disorders. According to ayurvedic texts, mulethi, being heavy, slimy and sweet helps in decreasing the aggravated vatta or air body humour. Therefore, liquorice is helpful in treating the diseases relating to vitiation in air body humour.
Mulethi is a natural revitalising herb. A number of liquorice formulations are available on the market that can be taken for strengthening the body systems and increasing immunity. The powder of this root, when taken with honey and ghee, is sufficient to revive your immunity levels. Not only this, mulethi also acts as a general as well as brain tonic and prevents early ageing.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a natural herb that is beneficial in boosting immunity and restoring energy levels. It also delays the process of ageing. In the Ayurvedic texts, the herb of ashwagandha is regarded as a natural stimulator and rejuvenator.
A powder prepared by pounding the root of ashwagandha can be taken in a dose of  3 – 6g along with a glass of warm and  sweetened cow’s milk.

IMmunity Boosters 3 Herbs

Woman sneezing
The pervasive impact of stress on the immune system has recently reared its ugly head with the panic over the Swine Flu ‘epidemic’. Asian flu, Lyme disease, West Nile virus and fear of Anthrax have left an indelible mark and are still major threats to a weakened immune system.

Stress, which is now recognised as the cause of 80 per cent of diseases, is a formidable opponent to the immune system. So we have to prepare; not with stress reduction techniques, because the very definition of ‘stress reduction’ means that we must first incur the stress and then reduce it with reduction techniques like yoga, meditation, exercise and more.
I would like to introduce to you a concept I call ‘Stress Prevention’, which means dealing with the stress by strengthening your immunity before the stress deals with you.

What causes disease?

The two major factors that influence our risk of infection and disease are exposure and susceptibility.
  • Exposure: While there are measures we can take to reduce our exposure to a virus, it is nearly impossible to completely eliminate getting exposed to infectious microbes like bacteria and viruses. Taking care to reduce exposure is important. But the biggest determining factor in regards to getting infected or not, is whether or not you are susceptible to the infection.
  • Susceptibility: A weak immune system is more susceptible to infection or disease. By boosting the integrity of your immune system, you will reduce your susceptibility, or the likelihood of getting infected. In one study, when 50 cows were exposed to anthrax, only half the cows succumbed to the disease. This means that half the cows were not susceptible to becoming infected because their immune systems were stronger.

Our herbal friends

In the 21st century, stress has become the overriding factor responsible for immune compromise, or weak immune system function. Here, I would like to discuss three immune building herbs that are a ‘must-have’ in every home. These herbs help strengthen the immune system and help prevent and protect from the compromising impact of stress.

Ashwagandha

ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic [that increases resistance to stress] herb that is well-documented for its immune building properties. Ashwagandha helps us fight stress by balancing cortisol [a stress fighting hormone] levels.
It helps prevent the depletion of vitamin C when under stress and is superior to ginseng as a stress fighting adaptogen. Most importantly, Ashwagandha builds the body’s energy reserves.
It can be taken before going to bed to support sleep and also the next morning to boost energy and vitality. This means that it is not a stimulant, [which will eventually deplete you], nor is it a sedative, [which will dull you]. It is a true adaptogen that can boost immunity, and with regular use, help rejuvenate the body from years of exhaustive stress.

Tulsi or Holy Basil

Tulsi
Tulsi, also called Holy Basil, is another powerful adaptogen that should be taken daily, either in raw farm in as a tea or in capsules. While this herb has been documented in vedic medicinal and sacred texts dating back 5000 years, it was recently through the work of Dr Narendra Singh that tulsi has emerged as one of the world’s most powerful adaptogenic, stress relieving and immune supportive herbs.

Dr Singh’s research has documented many of the health benefits of tulsi. Tulsi reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, promotes calmness and clarity, minimises cold and flu symptoms, balances metabolism, and builds stamina.
Tulsi is abundant in antioxidants. It is a natural immuno-modulator and boosts anti-viral activities in the body. It has been rightly called the “Queen of Herbs”, “The incomparable one” and “The mother medicine of nature”.

Neem

Neem
Known as “The one that cures all ailments and ills,” neem protects the body from both exposure and susceptibility. Neem helps prevent and fight infection through its natural anti-viral and antibacterial properties.

It builds immunity, helps purify the blood and supports healthy liver functions including detoxification. With regular use, helps to rejuvenate and nourish the skin, balance blood sugar levels, and boost the body’s anti-inflammatory response.
Neem has earned the title of “The village Pharmacy”, because it offers all the remedies found in a natural pharmacy.

Daily dose

I suggest a daily dose of organic* neem, ashwagandha and tulsi. These herbs will help your body fight stress, build immunity and act as your daily dose of prevention and protection against exposure, and the constant stress of our demanding lifestyles.
Combine them with a balanced lifestyle, and see for yourself how great you will feel everyday.
* I recommend using only organic herbs; as only then can you know that the herbs have not been sprayed or treated with pesticides or herbicides, or grown in soil treated with toxic chemicals.

the Power of Water in Healing Please read this

~~DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH~~

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. Fo
r old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the follo
wing diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.
Please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.
PLEASE DON'T IGNORE SHARE IT. THIS MIGHT SAVE SOMEONE'S LIFE.

Beautiful Message Poster

All you have to do is make the decision to start ACTING like a leader and you WILL be one.

Today , I read this most valuable thought provoking article . My acknowledgements go out to Charles Ukperi who is a renowned Networker
Source..
http://afromlmformula.myisystem.com/shownews.php?id=1934

" You Are A Network Marketing Money Magnet

ANYONE at ANY TIME can step up and become a leader in network marketing. It does NOT matter who you are, what you have done or haven’t done, what you have achieved or haven’t achieved. The most VALUABLE thing I can transfer to you today is this: Most people (Fans, Audience, Tribe, Followers, Customers, Clients, whatever you want to call them) NEED leaders like you and I. There is big money in the opportunity of becoming a Leader and teaching others how to become LEADERS.
This is very important for you to understand. Because, most people think they need some kind of college degree, or they think they need some major success under their belt first before people will think of them as leaders. They also think they need to be some tech guru of some kind. Special announcement! None of that is really true.  All you have to do is make the decision to start ACTING like a leader and you WILL be one. Not a fake one…you must be a real one. Please understand...I am not saying that you lie about yourself. You just have to be who you are. You are an untapped gold mine of money making potential. Even if you are brand new to network marketing, that is OKAY. If YOU have the information or the opportunity or the product or tool that I’m looking for I really don’t care how much or how little experience you have. All I care about is that you are honest and you have what I’m looking for. Period, that’s it.
Let me set this straight for you right now, just so you absolutely understand. I have seen scores of people become successful in network marketing with absolutely zero experience simply by taking leadership. I don’t like to name names even though I can go on all day long about successful marketers I know that all jumped in cold and became successful FAST by taking a leadership role BEFORE they had any major successes to brag about. So… You need to become information minded. That means reading and watching videos and making it a habit to always be studying and learning…especially about stuff that pertains to your business category and your fans. You need to learn as much as you can from people who are already successful. That’s the only way to do it.
Now, here’s something very important to understand. All of us network marketers are under serious time constraints. And you are too if you are doing this or trying to. We are in this business to make MONEY first and foremost. And if that isn’t the main reason you are in this business and you are hoping to become a leader in this industry, then you have got issues you will need to deal with before you can be successful.
Our target market is interested in what we have to help them make more money, get more traffic, build better mousetraps, etc. I’m not saying not to make friends online. But, remember you are networking, not just friend making. If you work online you will make friends. But realize that a lot of people will do nothing but WASTE your precious time. You need to be around people who think like you do and are SERIOUS about success.
It’s perfectly alright, it’s pretty much imperative that the information you provide to your followers either on facebook or twitter leads at some point to a product or tool or service or something that you make money from. If you are targeting the right people online then they WANT to buy/join/sign-up. You are helping them out by giving them the opportunity to do it.
Hehehe! Please listen closely, there is a very fine line you want to walk, and the best way to explain it is like this: Network marketing leadership is achieved by providing lots and lots of valuable information or valuable tools/products etc, for free in exchange for the opportunity to present your money making offers to your followers. Did you catch that? 1. We offer something valuable for free. 2. In exchange, we get the opportunity to present a money making offer to our prospects.  When you make it clear that you are offering something for your people to buy, but, you make it easy for them to decide to buy because you have given them a whole bunch of free information about it first or some type of tool or resource to help them, so that they learn or get something valuable even if they DON’T buy, then guess what……….Yours sincerely, MLM African Brothers.

Do you know that the internet is the biggest source of wealth creation in the world today?

Is The Internet Making You Richer Or Poorer?

What do you know about the internet and internet marketing?
Do you know that the internet is the biggest source of wealth creation in the world today?
What exactly do you do when you browse online?
Do you even know what to do online?
Do you know that every time you log into your facebook account or make a search on google,
you could be making at least $50 daily utilizing the power of facebook and google combined?

The internet has produced more Multi-Millionaires in a very short period of time
than anything else in history. And just to tell you the speed of the internet;
Did you know that it took the internet just 5 years to reach 50 Million users,
while it TV took 13 years and Radio 38 years to achieve the same.

Just 8 years ago a Company called Facebook.com started like a Joke.
Today Facebook.com has approximately I Billion active members on their platform
with the CEO of Facebook.com climbing up in the early 2012 to the 35th Richest man
in the world.
A recent Video ad says that facebook.com has in combined in its database the population of
USA, Germany and Japan.
This is definitely the power of the INTERNET.

Did you also realize that 6 out of the 10 youngest American Billionaires ranked from age 26 to 42 were all e-Business / Internet driven business owners. At this point one would ask what happened to the Big names In the Entertainment Industry (the hip hop guys, Hollywood stars). Guess what! As popular as they are, they are not Billion dollars yet in total net worth. So what’s the point? The Wealth is on the INTERNET. The future is on the INTERNET.

Diabetes - Foods Not allowed and Foods good and ok . Pl read this carefully and comment your inputs

FOODS TO AVOID

It is always advisable to avoid some foods if you

are diabetic such as refined sugar, sweets, syrups,
glucose, jam, molasses, fruit sugar, ice-cream,
cakes, pastries, sweet biscuits, chocolates, soft
drinks, condensed milk, cream and fried foods.

Fats like butter, ghee and hydrogenated vegetable

oil should also be avoided.

White sugar and white flour should be reduced
drastically. Avoid all processed foods, junk food, pastries,
cookies, canned and preserved foods. They contain harmful
preservatives and lot of salt. Avoid soft drinks since these
have a lot of sugar. Try to avoid fried foods from your diet.

Smoking results in the using up of oxygen in the body. It will
result in less of oxygen needed by the body to metabolize
glucose. So smoking should be avoided.

FOODS TO BE LIMITED

Salt consumption should be reduced to a minimum. You will get
enough salt form the vegetables and fruits you eat. Reduce
animal foods especially red meats. Reduce poultry and egg.
Reduce caffeine and alcohol. Do not drink tea and coffee more
than 2 cups a day. Try to replace it with green tea or herbal
teas like Parsley tea, Blueberry leaf, Tea made of tender
walnut tree leaves, Water in which kidney bean pods have been
cooked is good diabetes.

Do not consume alcohol in empty stomach. Alcohol on an empty
stomach can cause low blood glucose or hypoglycemia.Foods
that should be consumed in moderation are honey and other
natural sugars like palm sugar, dates which can be used instead
of white sugar. Remember these should be consumed in very little
quantity only.Pasta, coconut, other nuts, unsweetened juices,
eggs should be limited. You can replace it with whole grain,
unpolished rice and Soya products. Try to eat whole grain bread
instead of white flour. Fats like olive oil and peanut oil are
more advisable that hydrogenated fats. Low fat food like skimmed
milk and low fat home made cottage cheese can be taken in
moderation. You can also substitute it with yogurt. Sea food
and fish also can be taken in moderation.

RECOMMENDED FOODS

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

An alkaline diet with natural food is recommended. Wholegrain,
fruits, nuts, vegetables, and dairy products form a good diet
for the diabetic.

Raw vegetables can be taken in high quantities. It has been
found that cooked foods raise blood glucose higher than raw,
unpeeled foods. Cooking destroys many of the enzymes and some
vitamins and minerals.

Eat at least five fruits every day. Fruits like grape fruit,
pomegranate juice, Indian blackberry, banana, granny smith
apples, fig, cranberries, black berry, kiwi fruits, and citrus
fruits are highly recommended. It can be taken as a snack.
Cucumber, Lettuce, onion garlic string beans cucumber radish,
tomato, carrot, leaves; spinach turnip, cabbage and Jerusalem
artichoke are good for diabetes. Colorful vegetables are good
for the functioning of pancreas. Drink Fruit juices without sugar.
Brewer's yeast and sprouted alfalfa and mung beans are good for
the body. Unripe banana also can be cooked and eaten.

The most important of all is eating high fiber diet which lowers
need for insulin. It releases energy into the body slowly. It has
also been found that diabetes decreases and may even disappear in
people eating a high fiber or whole food diet. High fiber diet has
more chromium and chromium is very good for people with diabetes.

Eat lot of potassium rich foods like raw peanuts, tomato, bananas,
melons, dried peas, potatoes, apple cider vinegar, skimmed milk
powder, wheat but do not take potassium supplements.

Include soluble fiber in your meals like barley, oatmeal, almond
meal, dried beans, kidney beans, cooked black beans, peas, cereals,
chickpeas, Bengal gram which has low glycemic index, Black gram,
lentils and corn or garbanzo beans to helps considerably in reducing
blood sugar levels. Soy products like tofu, tempeh, soymilk, soya
powder, soy bean sprouts, nuggets etc are also very good in
containing neurological complications in diabetes. You can make bread
out of any of the whole grains. Get a lot of soluble fiber into your
diet. When you eat lots of bread, cereal and starchy vegetables you
will get enough of starches which is very helpful for diabetes.

Insoluble fibers, found in bran (oat bran, wheat bran), whole grain
breads, whole grains and nuts, act as intestinal scrubbers by cleaning
out the lower gastrointestinal tract. Fiber cleans your intestinal t
