Before I give the tips, I would like to share my experience.
In the year 2000 my wife had severe knee joint pain such as she was unable to go to our bedroom upstairs.
She used to crawl like a lizard on the stairs to reach bedroom or to be lifted and taken.
After exhausting all medications, Allopathic, Ayurvedic,
Homeopathy, Devi Devtas, jhadaphoonki, suggestion from
arthopedic for joint replacement,we were exaperated.
One day one lady from the village, totally illiterate , suggested
this...sit on the floor,stretch your legs fully, keep your toes touching
each other, keep your hands on your sides, touching your torso,
palms facing BACKWARDS ( very important) keep yourself straight.
Now rotate your toes clockwise making a big circle.
keep your heels toching each other.
Rotate for 12 times, then rotate anticlockwise for 12 times.
Now press your toes forward as much as possible for 12 times,
then pull your toes backwards( towards you) as much as possible for 12 times.
You may/ will feel strains in your legs but it will go after you are used to it.
It takes just 3 minutes to finish this exercise.
Now my wife not only goes for morning walks/ evening walks,
but does all the household chores WITHOUT any pain whatsoever.
She has not taken any medicine since that day.
You can take kalmegh powder also about which I will write in my next blog.
